7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Using the Service for illicit or unsanctioned objectives is prohibited. Restricted activities involve, without being confined to:

  • Using a VPN to bypass regional restrictions if it violates local laws.
  • Sharing your account credentials.

If this policy is violated, your account may be terminated immediately without any refund.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Without any warranties, the Service is provided "as is." There is no assurance of 100% uptime or continuous availability of all channels. TalktomyTV IPTV shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We hold the authority to suspend or terminate your account anytime, without prior notice, if your actions breach these Terms & Conditions or harm our Service or other users.
